Volumatric Batch Maker

The volumetric batch maker is an advanced system engineered to precisely blend two materials, such as regrind and virgin resin, in specified ratios. The user defines the percentage for Material A, with the system automatically calculating and metering the required quantity of Material B to maintain the set proportion. During the conveying cycle, dedicated screws discharge both materials simultaneously, ensuring accurate mixing in the defined ratio. The blended materials are then transported to the drying bin and subsequently to the processing machine. Unlike conventional dosing systems, the volumetric batch maker achieves simultaneous discharge and mixing, ensuring optimal consistency and material quality.
